Golden milk turmeric tea is a delicious alternative to caffeine that may help balance hormones. Its warming and renewing mix of turmeric, coconut milk, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract & cardamon is perfect! Serve hot or over ice.

How does it help?

Turmeric is the main ingredient in golden milk (antioxidant-rich & anti-inflammatory-rich spice). These antioxidants protect cells from harm, alleviate stress, and reduce inflammation in the body. They also increase serotonin & dopamine production, which can help with a good nights sleep.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves & nutmeg together
  • 4 cardamon pods (infused) remove when drinking
  • Vanilla pod (infused) remove when drinking
  • 1 tsp Organic raw honey
    Organic Coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional – if you like a little heat)

Instructions

First, fill a small saucepan halfway with coconut milk and heat it over medium heat. Then add all of the spices and let it simmer for 10 minutes. You may like this so much you replace some of your daily intake of caffeine. Try warm and over ice.
