Competent and caring team who is intentional about your well being! I have consistently experienced warmhearted and professional interactions with the receptionist, nurses, nutritionist and massage therapist. It was absolutely refreshing to meet with a doctor who was prepared, read every detail of my health questionnaire form and brought things from the form that I forgot about. I was treated like an individual and I loved the pace of our meeting as well as being ask frequently a various points in our conversation about my thoughts and questions. Dr Mercuro and Kate Swords, Nutritionist, have been working with me for several years and I have been very pleased with everything about my care. We are partners in my health.

They always take the time to answer all my questions (and I always have lots of them!) They practice science and fact-based medicine and are well versed on the more natural and holistic methods as well.

The entire staff is always welcoming and hospitable. The office space is also very nice.

I also love that their patient portal is SO comprehensive. At any time I can log in and view labs, supplements, detailed notes of my office visits and we can easily message back and forth. Their response is always very fast.
