Creamy Herb Dip

Ingredients
1 Cup plain Yogurt or non-dairy Yogurt (or Heavy Coconut Milk)
1 Small Onion (minced)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain Yogurt or non-dairy Yogurt (or Heavy Coconut Milk)
  • 1 Small Onion (minced)
  • 1 tsp Dill (dried)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (dried)
  • 1 tsp Onion (dried)
  • 1 tsp Oregano (dried)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (your choice – green onion, chive, dill, oregano, thyme, etc…)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, minced onion, and fresh herbs.
  3. Slowly add the dry mixture and taste as you go.
  4. When flavor is to your liking, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture is set.
  5. Garnish with a touch of fresh herbs
  6. Serve cold with veggies or use in lettuce wraps.
