1 small avocado
1 med zucchini
1 cup of blueberries
1-2 handful of greens (kale, spinach, chard)
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Protein powder
1-2 cups water or dairy alt (almond, coconut etc), may need more depending on protein powder and your desired consistency
Handful of ice if desired / needed
Note: Even if you don’t like zucchini, try this out first because you really can’t taste it! Otherwise, you can swap for yellow squash, cucumber, or celery. Swap out hemp seeds for other nuts, seeds, or nut butters. Mix it up however you’d like!
