8 oz Dark Chocolate (2-4 chocolate bars, at least 70% cacao)
1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 cup Pistachios (shelled & chopped)
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Prep: Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare the pistachios, pomegranate seeds, & coconut flakes and place in separate bowls.
