organic whole chicken
2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary
10 sprigs of fresh thyme
5 leaves of fresh sage
1 large yellow onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium jalapeno pepper minced (optional)
2-3″ ginger chopped
2 sheets of good quality kelp, chopped (optional)
4-5 celery stalks chopped
4-5 carrots chopped
-1 large sweet potato chopped
1 bunch of swiss chard, stems and leaves separated and equally chopped
8oz mushrooms chopped
5 cups of ice
1 cup coconut water (use coconut milk for a creamer version)
Juice of 2 limes (or lemons if you prefer)
1 pinch of lime zest
2 tbsp local honey
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
