Let’s talk stretching

Stretching. We all know we should do it….Most of us wish we did it more…And some of us just can’t find the time to do it.
Sound familiar?
I have had several people ask me this week if there is a place that they can go that someone can “stretch them out”. And I have the best answer for them, I can do that here @ Sparkle Health! Yup, you heard that right – I can help you with your tight muscles in several ways, one of them is a stretch session. In a stretch session, I will assess your muscles and then use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and/or MET (Muscle Energy Techniques) that can leave you feeling more like yourself in no time. My goal with these stretch sessions is to improve your range of motion and flexibility.
Who couldn’t use a little more of that these days?
Sessions can be booked on their own for 30 minutes or you can combine it with some massage into a 60 or 90 minute session. A great addition is a session on our PEMF mat to help increase your circulation and then finish the session off with 15 minutes in the Infrared Sauna, the heat helps those muscles melt – both are included with any massage or stretch session. When you call to book, just let Donna know how long of a stretch session you want to book, she will take care of the rest! All you need to do is come dressed in comfy stretchy yoga pants (or any loose fitting pants) and t-shirt or tank top and let me help you get your stretch on!
