Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this HOT summer we are having this year. Earlier this year, I completed a class on Clinical Massage that I am very excited to offer at Sparkle Health. What is Clinical Massage you ask? Well, read on to find out all the juicy details!
Clinical massage is a treatment that is outcome based, specific for your needs with a focus toward healing and repair. During these sessions, I will use a broad set of therapies for muscle health and recovery. Clinical massage has been found effective to manage pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, relieve nerve compression, improve digestion, increase flexibility, and treat other health concerns. No prescription is needed to sign up for one of these sessions.
I won’t lie, it does not feel like traditional massage. There are no swoopy soft strokes and often no oil or cream is used, but, I assure you, it gets the job done. If you are worried it may be too much for you, please know that I will always stay within your guidelines. Deeper pressure is not the only game in town, folks. Specific, intentional techniques . . .
