February Fun!
Say Hello To February!
Let’s start February on the right foot! Even if Phil says we have six more weeks of winter . . . We can hunker down and look forward to: Super Bowl Sunday on the 9th, Valentine’s Day on the 14th, and President’s Day on the 17th. Just because February is a short month doesn’t mean there is a shortage of fun, learning, and honoring. Along with the exciting days above, there are weeks and month-long observances, including Black History Month, American Heart Month, and National Snack Food Month. Check out some healthy recipes below.
We plan on staying positive and optimistic despite challenges, while also collaborating with others to overcome them. Essentially, we won’t let setbacks get us down, we are keeping our head up and focusing on supporting each other to achieve our goals. Working together we can foster a thriving, resilient, and compassionate community and society.
Beat The Cold With Hot Stones & Infrared
We want you to warm up!
Come on in and beat the cold with a Hot Stone Massage followed up by an Infrared Sauna!
I don’t know about you, but I am already OVER all this cold weather! One of my favorite types of massage during these cold winter months is a nice, relaxing Hot Stone Massage. During this massage, I use Himalayan Hot Stones from Saltability to ease your sore or tight muscles. These Salt Stones are made from 100% pure Himalayan Salt, which is rich in minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium. When warmed, the stones release these minerals into the skin, promoting relaxation and improving overall health. A massage session using these stones typically leaves you feeling energized in a balancing way.
Come on in and experience the relaxing effect of these stones. Add a session in the Infrared Sauna as well for some extra warmth and great healing effects.
Call today to book yours & while you’re here pick up a gift card for friend!

Couples Massage? At Sparkle Health?
Yes!
YES ~ Sparkle Health offers Couples Massage! Albeit, not in the usual way!
Traditional couples massage has you both in the same room getting massages at the same time. Since I am the only Massage Therapist at Sparkle Health, that would be a pretty good trick if I could pull that off, don’t you think? But we have made it possible, we are able to host couples massages, BECAUSE we have the INFRARED SAUNA! While 1 person is relaxing in the Infrared Sauna, the other person is enjoying a Massage with me. Once the hour is over, you change rooms. TADA! Couples Massage!
Over the last year, we have hosted several “couples” massages, as well as a group of 3 for a Birthday Celebration / Girls day. The 3rd option that we add on in that case is the PEMF mat. We have a private room that you can hang out in while waiting for your next service, enjoy a cup of tea and listen to some gentle music. Talk about a relaxing day!
So grab your significant other, or a friend or 2 and let’s set some time aside for all of you to relax and heal with some Massage & Infrared Sauna!
