Sauteed Kale with Apples

A standby and favorite recipe in my home, largely approved by friends and family. Okay, so the apple cider vinegar smells like stinky feet, but it tastes soooo good! I find that cooked kale can be easier to digest than raw for those with sensitive stomachs who are looking to enjoy their greens, and provides a large dose of Vit K and Calcium. Enjoy!

Garlic Herb Baked Cod

My husband and I made delicious fish tonight! The recipe is pretty easy. We eat a lot of cod since my husband is from Newfoundland, Canada and it is a staple there. It brings back great memories and it’s a healthy choice too! Cod has anti-inflammatory properties due to the omega-3s found in fish! So, enjoy this tasty meal while supporting your immune system. White fish is a good alternative for people that find salmon and other fish too “fishy”. Cod takes on the flavors you surround it with and has a nice light flaky bite.
