Garlic Herb Baked Cod

My husband and I made delicious fish tonight! The recipe is pretty easy. We eat a lot of cod since my husband is from Newfoundland, Canada and it is a staple there. It brings back great memories and it’s a healthy choice too! Cod has anti-inflammatory properties due to the omega-3s found in fish! So, enjoy this tasty meal while supporting your immune system. White fish is a good alternative for people that find salmon and other fish too “fishy”. Cod takes on the flavors you surround it with and has a nice light flaky bite. Dilly Delight Sauerkraut Recipe

Not enough brine to cover your packed sauerkraut? Go ahead and put the lid on your jar and check again in one day. If there is still not enough brine, dissolve 1 Tbsp salt in 2 cups water and pour in until packed mixture is covered. Got mold on the surface? Don’t worry, scrape it off the top and go about your business. Any residual mold will be quickly killed in the acidic environment of the brine. The contents are safe under the brine!
